In this writ petition, the petitioners are seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to complete the investigation and file charge sheet in F.I.R.No.56 of 2016.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submitted that the 3rd respondent investigated into F.I.R.No.56 of 2016 and referred the case as 'false' and that the said information will be communicated to the petitioners herein. In view of the same, no orders need be passed in this writ petition.
