When this matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, while producing letter dated 17-6-2017, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Duggondi Police Station, Warangal District, would submit that in Cr.No.128 of 2009 of Duggondi Police Station, the case was ended in conviction against A.2 and A.1 died (S.S.C.No.39 of 2011 on the file of Special Sessions Judge for SC/ST (POA) Cases-cum-VII A.D.J. Warangal) and prayed that this Criminal Petition may be dismissed as infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner not present. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
