THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.14415 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "... to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the illegal action of the respondents 2 and 3 in harassing the petitioner by calling to the 3rd respondent police station frequently without registering any crime and harassed the senior citizen with false averments as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner frequently taken to the police station and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." 3.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the petitioner died long back. 4.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and in the light of the prayer sought in the writ petition, no cause would survive in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
