Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner complains that his name was deleted from the Adangals and other revenue records with regard to land admeasuring Ac.4.10 cents in R.S.No.279/1B of Dioramamidi Village, Buttayagudem Mandal, West Godavari District. The same was altered and deleted without conducting any enquiry and notice to the petitioner.

Hence, the petitioner filed two representations on 02.11.2015 and 23.11.2015 before the 4th respondent requesting him to take appropriate action. Alleging that no action has been taken and the 5th respondent continues to be appearing in the revenue records because of the alterations made by the 4th respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

In view of the fact that the petitioner's grievance is already before the 4th respondent, it is appropriate to direct the 4th respondent to examine the aforesaid representations of the petitioner, if pending, and pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
