O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief : To declare the action of respondents 2 to 4 in not registering a case on a complaint dated 01/07/2015 given by the petitioner against respondents 5 and 6 for committing theft of passport and certificates of the petitioner from his flat and also in not recovering the same from respondents 5 and 6 is highly arbitrary and illegal and to pass such other suitable orders as this court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. Today when the matter is taken up, written instructions dated 15/07/2015 furnished by Station House Officer, Police Station KPHB Cyberabad, have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader wherein it is stated that police did neither received any complaint from the petitioner nor received any endorsed petition from the higher officials. It is further stated that if the petitioner comes to the Police Station along with complaint necessary action will be taken on his complaint as per law.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. However, this order will not preclude the petitioner to make a complaint to the police, if he is so advised. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
