Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks mandamus declaring the action of second respondent in not taking any action upon the application made by the petitioner on 01/7/2016 made under Right to Information Act with regard to details of Look Out Circular for the petitioner's Passport No. F-6636956 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.
2. The admitted case of the petitioner is that he sought information vide application dated 01/7/2016 under the Right to Information Act, 2005 under section 6 (1) and the same has been replied by the Public Information Officer - Inspector of Police, Dwarka Police Station, Visakhapatnam city on 20/2/2016 stating as under : In response to your letter noted in the above reference, it is to inform you that no warrant is pending against you i.e., Mohammed Mastan Ali, s/o. Mohammed Ahmed Ali, D.No. FF-1, Sai Bhagwan Residency, Midhilapuri Vuda Colony, Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam in Dwaraka Police Station, Visakhapatnam city and further Cr.No. 338/2012 or CC.No. 267/13 of 1st ACMM Court not belongs to Dwaraka Police Station, Visakhapatnam city.

3. In view of the information provided by the Public Information Officer as noted above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
