THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.52 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order, dated 06.06.2013, passed in W.P.M.P.No.19253 of 2013 in W.P.No.15906 of 2013.

This Court passed an order of status quo to be maintained with regard to continuous service of the petitioners in the writ petition under the same terms and conditions, under which they are working.

Now, a counter-affidavit is filed stating that the contract work was awarded to the Contractor, who deputed the writ petitioners on month to month basis. The contract was executed till 31.05.2013 and the petitioners were not engaged from 01.06.2013. Further, a letter was issued on 16.12.2013 to the petitioners rejecting their case to continue their employment. 4.

In view of the same, this Court sees no ground to entertain the present Contempt Case and accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed.
