THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28919 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation to the 3rd respondent on 30.07.2018, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation.

On the other hand, Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent-Municipal Corporation, submits that if any such representation is pending consideration before the 3rd respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to verify the representation, dated 30.07.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action, or, pass appropriate Orders on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders, as expeditiously as possible. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
