HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.28810 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed aggrieved by the orders passed by the 2nd respondent-Joint Collector in canceling the D-Form patta vide D.Dis.(E4)/REV-ESEC/336/2018 dated 12.7.2018, granted to the petitioner.

The fact that there is a prescribed procedure provided under the statute by way of revision before the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Gollapudi, Vijayawada, is not in dispute. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy available under law by filing a revision before the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Gollapudi, Vijayawada, within a period of three weeks from today. Till such time status quo existing as on today shall be maintained. The petitioner is always at liberty to make application seeking interim relief, if any, in which event the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
