HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.24922 of 2004 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents to pay additional charge allowance to the petitioner.

Sri G.Seena Kumar, learned Counsel, appeared for the respondents.

Sri Ch.Satish Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter dated 30.01.2018 to Registrar Judicial seeking permission to withdraw the Writ Petition as his client instructed to withdraw the writ petition as he changed his employment from A.P. Schedule Caste Cooperative Finance Corporation (APSCCFC) to Andhra Pradesh Education Welfare and Infrastructure Development Corporation (APEWIDC). Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
