This Company Application is filed for condonation of delay of 3,765 days in making claim in Form No.66. This Company Application is not opposed by Sri M.Anil Kumar, the learned counsel for the Official Liquidator.

Considering the fact that the petitioner claims to be a depositor and the further fact that this Company Application is not opposed, this Court takes a lenient

view in condoning the huge delay.
