THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SARATH WRIT PETITION No.23224 of 2008 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "....to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring action of the respondents 1 to 3 in not considering and passing appropriate orders considering the applications submitted by the petitioners dated 28.11.2006 and 04.10.2008 for cancelling pattas which are grated in favour of the respondent Nos.4 to 7 and the action of respondent No.3 No.3 granting the pattas in the land left over for roads in favour of respondents No.4 to 7 through Proceeding Nos.B/287/2005 when there is no land available and the respondents No.4 to 7 are belong to family of government employees and landlords and when already the house site pattas were granted in favour of the petitioners in plot Nos.1,2,3 and 7 each admeasuring 121 Square Yards in Sy.No.
646 situated at Metpally, Karimnagar District through Proc.Nos.B/1336/98 dated 30.01.1999, is arbitrary, illegal, null and void and violative of the principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 14, 19, 21 and300-A of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents Nos.1 to 3 to cancel the illegal pattas granted in favour of the respondent Nos.4 to 7 considering the representations of the petitioners dated 28.11.2006 and 04.10.2008..."

Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for revenue, appearing for the respondents.

In view the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into merits of the case, this Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider/dispose of the representations dated 28.11.2006 and 04.10.2008 filed by the petitioners, within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Court.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall no order as to costs.
