t t This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner under Sections 397 and 40 1 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, aggrieved by the Orders dated L2.O2.2O09 passed in S.R.No.3329 of 2008 by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Pargi, Rangareddy District.

02. Sri K. Akhil Reddy, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of Sri Resu Mahender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that he has got instructions from the revision petitioner to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case and sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case.

03. In view of the above submission, permission is accorded this Criminal Revision Case is liable to be dismissed as withdrawn.

04. Accordingly, this criminal Revision case is dismissed as withdrawn. There is no order as to costs.
