CVNR, J & DVSS, J CRP.No.4342 of 2016 Dt: 30-04-2018 Order: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the Order of the XIII Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, returning the Execution Petition filed by the petitioner. At the hearing, Mr.G.Kalyan Chakravarthy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the parties have settled the dispute outside the Court and that therefore, his client is not interested in pursuing this Civil Revision Petition. Recording the above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as settled out of the Court.
