Sri Pamlety Vaddi, learned counsel, who originally filed this Writ Petition, is said to have died. 2.
Sri Kasa Jaganmohan Reddy, learned counsel, has entered appearance for petitioner Nos.1 to 5.
3. None appears for petitioner Nos.6 to 20. 4.
Sri Kasa Jaganmohan Reddy, learned counsel, states that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court, inspections were done and permissions were also granted to petitioner Nos.1 to 5. He therefore states that in view of the said development, as far as the petitioner Nos.1 to 5 are concerned, cause of action does not survive.
5. In view of the said submission, as far as the petitioner Nos.1 to 5 are concerned, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As far as Petitioner Nos.6 to 20 are concerned, since the learned counsel on record is said to be no more and there is no representation on their behalf, the Writ petition is dismissed for default as regards petitioner Nos.6 to 20. No costs.
