...RESP.NDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate order or direction more particularly Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the claim of petitioner for absorbing her into regular service as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently to direct the respondents to absorb the petitioner service into regular service with all consequential benefits.
