HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.28815 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not taking steps to rectify the entries made in the revenue records in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0.1 1⁄2 gts situated at Sy.No.299/A1 of Rangampet Village, Kolcharam Mandal, Medak District, as illegal and arbitrary.

It is the case of the petitioner that she is the owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.0.1 1⁄2 gt situated at Sy.No.299/A1 of Rangampet Village, Kolcharam Mandal, Medak District, having inherited the same from her husband. While that being so, as the Government of Telangana has proposed to issue the new pattadar pass books-cum-title deeds and also issuing the Rythubandu cheques, the petitioner happened to visit the office of the 4th respondent for the purpose of obtaining the new pattadar pass book and title deed with regard to the above said land, on her name. To her surprise, she came to know that the name of one Raghavachary was entered in respect of half gunta of land i.e Ac.0.0075 gts in Sy.No.299/A1 and the remaining extent i.e Ac.0.0075 gts stands on the name of the petitioner.

Immediately, thereafter, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents 3 and 4 on 21.3.2018 with a request to rectify the wrong entries and to incorporate the name of the petitioner in respect of the entire land admeasuring Ac.0.01 1⁄2 gts in the revenue records and to issue the new pattadar pass book and title deed accordingly. But, in spite of repeated visits and requests of the petitioner, the respondents 3 and 4 are not taking any action on the representation of the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and especially in view of the fact that the representation dated 21.03.2018 of the petitioner is pending with the respondents 3 and 4, the writ petition is being disposed of directing the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the representation dated 21.03.2018 of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the concerned within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
