THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NO.5708 OF 2017 ORDER: (per SK,J) This writ petition was filed by the fourth applicant in O.A.No.6492 of 2007 (O.A.No.6617 of 2007 and batch) on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, aggrieved by the inaction of the authorities in implementing the order dated 08.09.2009 passed therein.

While so, Sri P.Sai Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, would bring it to the notice of this Court that Memo No.1519/CPR&&RD/G2/2017 dated 06.04.2017 was issued by the Commissioner of Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, Government of Andhra Pradesh, in purported compliance with the order dated 08.09.2009 passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.6492 of 2007 (O.A.No.6617 of 2007 and batch) and rejected the request of the petitioner-fourth applicant for regularisation of the period from 26.05.2006 to 31.03.2008. Learned counsel therefore seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to independently challenge the aforestated Memo dated 06.04.2017 before the appropriate forum.

Leave granted.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
