Judgment:
This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of award, dated 15-12-2012, in WC.No.20 of 2012, on the file of the Commissioner for Employees'
Compensation and Deputy Commissioner of Labour-I, T.Anjaiah Karmika Samkshema Bhavanam, Hyderabad.
Mr.N.Mohan Krishna, learned Counsel for the appellant, addressed letter, dated 16-02-2015, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court wherein he has informed that he has been instructed by the appellant to withdraw this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
At the hearing, Mr.V.Srimannarayana, learned Counsel representing Mr.N.Mohan Krishna, learned Counsel for the appellant, reiterated the said request.
The request of the learned Counsel for the appellant is accepted and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, interim order, dated 11-032013, is vacated and CMAMP.No.507 of 2013 is disposed of as infructuous.
