ORDER

Challenging registration of Cr.No.419 of by Pahadishareef Police, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District so far as the petitioner-A8 is concerned, the present writ petition is filed. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has nothing to do with the crime. This Court in exercise of powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot decide as to whether the petitioner has played any role in the crime or not. It is a matter for investigation by the police.

In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to avail appropriate legal remedies in the event of completion of the investigation.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
