THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 4989 of 2015 Order: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Counter affidavit filed by the third respondent is taken on record. It is stated in the counter affidavit that the alleged detenus were taken into custody. However, they were released by the Mandal Executive Magistrate upon executing a bond for keeping good behavior for six months.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. There will be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
