O R D E R
The prayer of the petitioner in this case is as under: 'It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ or Writs, Order or Direction, declaring the action of Respondent in not considering and disposing of the representations made on behalf of petitioner institution dt 12.3.2015 and 9.2.2016 as illegal and arbitrary and to consequently direct the Respondent to forthwith consider and dispose of the said representations and conduct auction in respect of properties of petitioner institution.'
Sri Safiullah Baig, learned standing counsel for the Wakf Board, informed this Court that the exercise as to the inclusion of the properties belonging to the petitioner institution, which have been left out, is still under process.
In that view of the matter, as the petitioner's representations dated 12.03.2015 and 09.02.2016 are still pending consideration, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Telangana State Wakf Board to consider the said representations and take appropriate action thereon in accordance with law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
