O R D E R

Alleging that 4th respondent - Sub Inspector of Police, Malakpet Police Station, Hyderabad, Telangana State, is interfering with the affairs of the petitioner - society, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Inspector of Police, Malakpet Police Station, Hyderabad dated 20.08.2018, denying the allegations of the petitioner and stating that one Rev. K. Vijay Kumar, filed complaint against the petitioner and an entry was made in the general diary and the enquiry revealed that civil suit in O.S.No.1653 of 2018 on the filed of V Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, is pending between the parties and, therefore, they were advised to resolve their dispute before the civil court.

Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.

It is open for the petitioner to avail the alternative remedies available under law.
