This Appeal is filed by the Appellants - State Road Transport Corporation, challenging the order, dated 31.08.2009 in OP.No.649 of 2007 on the file of the V Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge (Mahila Court) at Hyderabad.

Learned counsel appearing for both parties submitted that in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalat passed an award, dated 08.04.20178, and hence, the appeal may be disposed of in terms of the said award passed by the Lok Adalat. In view of the above submission, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat. No order as to costs. Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
