THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY TRANSFER C.M.P.No. 322 OF 2017 ORDER:

This transfer civil miscellaneous petition under Section 24 of C.P.C. is filed by the petitioner-respondent to withdraw O.P.No. 54 of 2017 pending on the file of the Court of learned Family Judge, Warangal, and transfer the same to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad (for short, 'the Court below').

At the hearing, learned counsel for the respondent-petitioner reported no objection and made an endorsement to that effect and requested this Court to direct the Court below to dispose of the O.P. at an early date. 3.

In view of the no objection reported by learned counsel for the respondent, O.P.No. 54 of 2017 pending on the file of the Court of learned Family Judge, Warangal, is withdrawn and transferred to the Court below and the latter is requested to dispose of the O.P. as expeditiously as possible and in any event not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The transfer civil miscellaneous petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence. _____________________________ Date: 13-11-2018.
