O R D E R

Sri S. Vijay Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri M.V.S. Suresh Kumar, learned counsel on record for the petitioner, states that Sri M.V.S. Suresh Kumar, learned counsel, gave up his Vakalat as long back as on 19.07.2009 and the file was also returned to the petitioner. However, this Court finds that the 'No Objection Vakalat' furnished by Sri M.V.S. Suresh Kumar, learned counsel, has not been acted upon as Sri M.V.S. Suresh Kumar, learned counsel, continues to be the counsel for the petitioner.

As he is not in a position to report any instructions on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order dated 22.04.2010 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs. ______________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J 27th JULY, 2015 PGS
