THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.85 of 2014 ORDER:

This Transfer Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 407(2) Cr.P.C. seeking to transfer S.T.C. No.401 of 2012 pending on the file of II-Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupati to the Court of IIIAdditional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. The matter has gone several adjournments. No stay was granted by this Court earlier. Admittedly, the case pertains to the year 2014. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioners at this length of time. Accordingly, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed.
