ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in threatening to demolish the sheds/structures raised by the 1st petitioner in Plot Nos.10/A & 10/A1 in Sy.Nos.800 & 801/2A and structures of the 2nd petitioner in Plot No.10/B admeasuring 194 square yards in Sy.Nos.800 and 801/2A situated at Nowluru Grama Panchayat, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District, pursuant to the proceedings dated 11.9.2017 issued by the 3rd respondent, as arbitrary and illegal. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the respondents submits that pursuant to the impugned order, the petitioners submitted their explanations, which are under examination for passing the final orders thereon. As on today, no final orders are passed by the respondents. In the circumstances, in the absence of any final order, there is no basis for apprehension of the petitioners and as such no relief can be granted in the present writ petition. However, it is open to the petitioners to challenge the final order, if they are so aggrieved.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
