No representation for the petitioners. Heard learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Corporation.

Alleging that the 5th respondent is undertaking illegal construction in the open space earmarked in the Master Plan/Area Development Plan No.40 of 2008 of Kakatiya Urban Development Authority, Warangal and in spite of filing complaints on 29.09.2015 and 30.09.2015, no action has been taken, this writ petition is filed.

Learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation, on instructions, submits that no building permission was granted and having noticed that illegal construction was being made, the Corporation has stopped the further illegal construction. He further submits that the representations filed by the petitioners are not disposed of.

Having regard to the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the respondent-Corporation to consider the representations, dated 29.09.2015 and 30.09.2015, submitted by the petitioners. While considering the representations, if the respondent Corporation is of the opinion that there is merit in the representations filed by the petitioners, a notice be issued to respondents 4 and 5, call for explanations and on consideration of explanations after due opportunity of hearing, appropriate orders be passed, as

expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
