THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.13577 OF 2024 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners /Accused Nos.l & 2, seeking to quash the proceedings against them in S.C.No.6 of 2024, pending on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 & 2 and Sri M.Vivekalanda Reddy, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent State. Perused the record.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the \ I petitioner confines his prayer to dispense with the personal appearance of petitioner No.2l A-2 herein.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, the attendance of petitioner No.2/A-2 herein is dispensed with, subject to the following conditions: i) Petitioner herein shall always be represented by his counsel on record.
\ .r ii) He shall hle an affidavit stating that in his absence, the - proceedings conducted by his counsel will not be disputed by him in arry manner, and he shall not dispute his identity also.
iii) He sha-ll appear before the learned Magistrate as and when his presence is required. In the event of the petitioner,s failure to appear when the Court directs, this order dispensing with his attendance sha_ll stand carrcelled. 5.
Accordingly, the Criminal petition is disposed off. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
