HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Writ Petition No.8217 of 2011 ORDER:

While stating that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive, Smt. N.Shoba, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, would seek liberty for the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondent-authorities to consider refund of Rs.10,000/- already deposited by him.

Suffice it to make it clear that dismissal of this Writ Petition would not disable the petitioner from submitting a representation, and for the respondent-authorities to consider the same in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
