HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos. 28970 & 28973 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) These writ petitions arise out of the common order dated 25.07.2018 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad in O.A.Nos.1471 of 2018 and 1473 of 2018.

The issue is squarely covered by the decision rendered by this Court in W.P.No.24877 of 2018. A copy of the order dated 19.07.2018 passed therein is placed on record. 3.

For reasons alike as were stated in the afore-stated order in W.P.No.24877 of 2018 and in terms thereof, these Writ Petitions are allowed setting side the common order dated 25.07.2018 passed in O.A.Nos.1471 of 2018 and 1473 of 2018 and directing the respondent-authorities to consider the cases of the petitioners for promotion in terms of G.O.Ms.No.257 dated 10.06.1999 as and when such promotions are taken up.
