HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.206 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw C.M.A.No.138 of 2011 from the file of the XIII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and transfer the same to any other competent Court in Hyderabad.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 22.09.2015 before the Registry.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J 30.09.2015.
