This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in closing the access of the petitioners to enter into main road i.e. National Highway No.9 from the house and land owned by the petitioners in Sy.No.354/3A, 4A and 5A situated at Edupugallu Village, Kankipadu Mandal, Krishna District by constructing foot over bridge and laying of a ramp infront of the house and lands owned by the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners says that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.13604 of 2011 by its order dated 07-11-2017. The same is not disputed by Sri S.S.Varma, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentNational Highway Authority.
In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the said order, this writ petition is also disposed of leaving it open for the petitioners to make necessary application under Section 29 of Control of National Highways (Land and Traffic) Act, 2002 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any such application is made within the time stipulated above, the same be considered and appropriate orders be passed, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of one month thereafter.
