HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.28923 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not rectifying the mistakes that crept in the revenue records; mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and issue pattadar passbooks and title deeds in his favour. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record the written instructions received from Tahsildar, Peddapanjani Mandal, Chittor District to the effect that certain survey numbers which are mentioned in the representation are different from some survey numbers, which are mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. It is further stated that no documentary evidence has been adduced to show that the petitioner has any right or title over the property referred to in the representation. It is stated that since the petitioner failed to furnish any documentary evidence supporting his representation, the respondents did not consider the representation of the petitioner said to have been made on 29.3.2018 and 23.4.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ affidavit itself shows that survey numbers of some other persons are included in the passbooks of the petitioner and hence the present writ petition is filed seeking correction of the same. Having regard to the above stated circumstances and with the consent of both parties, the writ petition itself is disposed of directing the petitioner to furnish all the documentary evidence in support of his plea within a period of four to six weeks from today, in which event, the 4th respondent-Tahsildar shall deal with the matter and pass appropriate

orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four to six weeks thereafter.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
