Sri Chandraiah Sunkara, learned counsel for the petitioners has circulated a letter dated 28.01.2015 to the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the Writ Petition insofar as petitioners 14 and 15 are concerned. Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn insofar as petitioners 14 and 15 are concerned. So far as the other petitioners are concerned, the Writ Petition survives.

The interim order dated 08.07.2013 insofar as it relates to petitioners 14 and 15 shall stand dissolved.
