Heard learned counsel on both sides. This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is preferred assailing the orders dated 14.03.2017 in I.A.No.2797 of 2015 in O.S.No.499 of 2015. But as per the Case Status Information, the Original Suit in O.S.No.499 of 2015 was dismissed on 11.03.2022. Therefore, as no cause survives in view of the dismissal of the Original Suit, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. However, in the circumstances of the case, there shall be no orders as to the costs.
