Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel.

The petitioner assails prohibitory order dated 30.01.2015 issued by the 1st respondent under Section 8-F of the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952. The prohibitory order dated 30.01.2015 is issued for realisation of the amount ordered through proceedings dated 16.07.2014 and 14.11.2014. The petitioner filed W.P.No.6147 of 2015 for the same relief. This Court granted conditional order and disposed of the writ petition on 11.03.2015. The reasons stated in the said writ petition are applicable for disposal of the present writ petition as well.

The writ petition is disposed of subject to the condition imposed in the connected writ petition. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
