Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for first respondent and learned special standing counsel for second respondent and with their consent the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage. 2.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of suspension dated 11.10.2017.

According to learned counsel for petitioner, false allegations are leveled against petitioner and based on said false allegations, she was placed under suspension and there is no further progress in the disciplinary action.

4. According to learned special standing counsel for second respondent, in the suspension order itself petitioner was asked to submit her explanation, explanation submitted by petitioner was considered and matter is at the stage of passing orders.

5. Prima facie, on reading of the order, it is seen that it is only a suspension order and no charge was drawn. Thus, leaving it open to the authority to take appropriate course as warranted by law and following due procedure, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Project Director to complete the disciplinary proceedings as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Further, for any reason not attributable to the petitioner, disciplinary proceedings are not concluded within the time stipulated,

- 3 - petitioner shall be reinstated into service. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
