This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioners who are arrayed as Accused Nos.1 & 2 in Crime No.59 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Humayun Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad registered for the offences punishable under Section 304-B IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of D.P.Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 & 2 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.

The P.S Humayun Nagar filed charge sheet against these petitioners alleging that the petitioner No.1 was married to the deceased. The petitioners were harassing the deceased, who are their relatives and living in the same building. The defacto complainant found his daughter hanging in the premises of this petitioners. However, keeping in view that the investigation is complete and charge sheet was already filed, the prayer for regular

Crl.Petition No.9687 of 2022 bail can be considered on conditions.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioners/Accused No.1 & 2 are granted bail subject to the following conditions:

i) The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 & 2 are directed to be released on bail on his executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum, to the satisfaction of VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. ii) After release on bail, the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 & 2 shall appear on every date of hearing before the concerned trial Court. iii) The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 & 2 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
