In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the 1st respondent - The Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited to act in accordance with law and shift the existing petroleum outlet to an alternate site of premises No.3-1-335/B and 3-1-335/C, Nimboli Adda, Chadarghat/Kachiguda, Hyderabad, without insisting for a registered sale deed duly executed by the 2nd respondent in terms of the decree in O.S.No.608 of 2007 on the file of III Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and to further direct the respondent not to interfere with the business operations of the petitioner after shifting of the petroleum outlet as aforesaid. 2.

Heard Sri T.Srinivas, learned counsel appeared for 1st respondent.

When the matter came up for hearing today, learned counsel for 1st respondent, on instructions, would submit that on 30.03.2011, the 1st respondent permitted the petitioner to shift his petroleum outlet from Mehdipatnam Cross Roads, Hyderabad to the premises at Nimboli Adda, Chadarghat/Kachiguda, Hyderabad, as prayed for by him in this writ petition and since then, the petitioner has been

operating his petroleum outlet from the altered place and therefore, no cause survives in the writ petition and therefore, the writ petition may be closed.

In view of the above submission of learned counsel for 1st respondent, this writ petition is closed noting his submission, as cause in the writ petition no more survives.
