Heard.

The grievance of the petitioners is only with regard to non-consideration and non-disposal of appeal bearing No.A3/2686/2014 pending before the 2nd respondent. The petitioners state that the 2nd respondent has already issued notices, called for the records and fixed the date of hearing of the appeal on 04-09-2015, but thereafter the appeal has not been heard. Since the said appeal is pending since February, 2014 and since service of notice appears to be completed, it is appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to fix an early date of hearing and hear and decide the said appeal expeditiously, preferably before 31-12-2015. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
