This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C to withdraw O.S.No.130 of 2011 from the file of the II Additional District Judge, Vijayawada and transfer the same to the XIV Additional District Judge, Vijayawada to be tried and disposed of along with A.S.No.45 of 2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer O.P.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
