THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28916 of 2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri S.Lakshmi Narayana Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, though the petitioners herein have permission, there are certain deviations in the said construction and the respondent-Corporation will issue notice to the petitioners and proceed further, strictly in accordance with law. The said statement is placed on record.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
