Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail remedies available to them under the law, for which Sri P. Kesava Rao, learned standing counsel for the respondent Corporation has no objection.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners to avail all the remedies available to them under law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
