Manoher Reddy, learned counsel for appellant submits that the cause in the Writ Appeals do not survive, and the Writ Appeals have become infructuous.

Both the Writ Appeals, are accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Appeals shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
