The Director, Sri Bajrang Jute Mills Ltd., Opp. TJ PS College, Pattabhipuram, Guntur .....Respondent(s) Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased Issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent no.2 under his letter dt. 27.01.2015 without disposing of the Industrial Dispute No. 56 of 2007 in-terms of the Order dated 01.08.2014 of this Hon'ble Court passed in WP No. 21770 of 2014 as arbitrary, illegal and unjust and consequently direct the respondent no.2 to dispose of the Industrial Dispute No. 56 of 2007 forthwith by setting aside letter dated 27.01.2015 of the 2nd respondent.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI R K SURI Advocate for the Petitioner and G.P for Labour for the Respondent No. 1&2 and the Court made the following.
Learned Government Pleader for Labour (Andhra Pradesh) pleads his inability to secure any instructions from the State Government, inasmuch as the two letters, which he has addressed to the State Government, have not evoked any response. Therefore, let the Principal Secretary to the Government, in-charge of Labour, Employment Training & Factories Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh be present in the Court on 26.03.2015 with all connected records. Post on 26.03.2015 in motion list.
The learned Government Pleader to intimate this order to the Principal Secretary to the Government, in-charge of Labour, Employment Training & Factories Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
