O R D E R:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice G. Chandraiah) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "......issue a writ, order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the interim order dated 30.11.2004 in O.A.No. 6462 of 2004 on the file of the Hon'ble A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad and quash the same...."
The learned Government Pleader for Services-I has submitted that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the Tribunal disposed of O.A.No. 6462 of 2004 itself, as such, there is no lis to be adjudicated in this writ petition and the matter has become infructuous. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already retired from service.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the parties, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
