HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.5409 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to number and dispose of the appeal preferred for cancellation of the pattadar pass books and title deeds issued in respect of the lands admeasuring Ac.0.27 cents in Sy.No.121, Ac.1.56 cents in Sy.No.233, Ac.0.33 cents in Sy.No.235/2 and Ac.3.00 in Sy.No.420-1 in favour of the respondents 4 to 6.
