The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...............Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent nos.5 and 6 in interfering in civil disputes and threatening the petitioner not to enter into the subject land i.e. land to an extent of Ac.0-46 gts., in Sy.Nos.836/A; 836/A-1 and 836/E3 single compact dry land situated within revenue limits of Balemla (v) Suryapet(M) of Suryapet District, despite decree in O.S.no.106/2011 dated 3-2-2012 on the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Suryapeta and also pendency of OS.no.3/2016 on the file of learned Junior Civil Judge, Suryapeta, Suryapeta District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent nos.3 to 6........"
The Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioner is accused in Crime Nos.269 of 2015 and 71 of 2016. The respondent No.5 registered the crimes and investigated the offence in accordance with law and respondent Nos.4 and 5 do not have anything to do with the civil dispute.
Mr Kowturi Pavan Kumar submits that liberty may be given to petitioner to work out reliefs against the crimes registered and also to protect the propriety rights in the pending suit.
By placing on record the statement of Mr Pavan Kumar, writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
